Targeted Kansas AG Kline strikes back with complaint in U.S. District Court!

phill Kline.jpgWith backing from the Life Legal Defense Foundation, Phill Kline struck back at pro-abort justices on the Kansas Supreme Court with a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. Kline’s lawsuit was filed on Monday, Oct. 19. He is represented by Richard J. Peckham, Esq., of Andover, Kansas.

Kline was the Attorney General of Kansas from 2002 to 2007 and Johnson County District Attorney from 2007 to 2008. He is noted as an early campaigner against the crimes of Planned Parenthood. Kline went after Planned Parenthood chiefly for its failure to report the sexual abuse of minor girls who showed up pregnant at its abortion mills.

He went after other abortion mills for the same crime.

In attempting to hold Planned Parenthood and other abortion operations responsible for their violations of the law, Kline incurred not only the opposition but also the active, vengeful hatred of a cabal of powerful pro-aborts in the state.

Political and media bosses managed to stymie his efforts against criminal abortionists – but they didn’t stop there.

Rather, pro-aborts in Kansas strove to punish Phill Kline for daring to take on Planned Parenthood and others. Their campaign to destroy him culminated in the Kansas Supreme Court’s decision, on October 18, 2013, to suspend Kline’s license to practice law – in response to bogus “ethics” complaints.

Kline’s “Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief” in the matter of Kline v. Bilesseeks principally a ruling that the “discipline” meted out to Kline is void because of the unlawful composition of the court that ruled against him. In fact, five of the seven Kansas Supreme Court justices recused themselves from Kline’s case before the decision was rendered.

Kline also asserts the following causes to maintain that his license was never validly suspended:

· Arbitrary conduct by the Judicial Branch;
· Unlawful actions of the Appellate Clerk;
· Improper application of professional standards;
· Judicial conflict of interest.

Life Legal’s Executive Director Alexandra Snyder commented on Kline’s quest for justice: “At a time when Planned Parenthood is reeling from proof that it has systematically sold baby parts to enhance its revenues, it’s important to view Phill Kline’s case in light of the abortion industry’s essential lawlessness and determination to crush any public official who questions the legality of its actions. All Phill Kline tried to do was his job. He applied the same law to PP officials that applies to other mandated reporters. PP’s allies in state government have never rested from their efforts to make him pay for his impartiality.”

At stake for the pro-life movement in Kline’s case is the very ability of public officials generally to enforce the law against abortion profiteers.

If Kline’s enemies succeed in subjecting him to lifelong punishment, many public officials are going to think twice before expecting Planned Parenthood to follow the law.

If Kline succeeds in overcoming the vengeance directed against him, public officials will be emboldened to enforce the law against all abortionists.

Please say a prayer for the success of Phill Kline’s lawsuit!
