LLDF’s seminar “Defending the Free Speech Rights of Pro-Life Advocates” seeks to train attorneys to handle the unique legal challenges that arise out of pro-life activism. The course explores recurring problems in the area, and gives a detailed review of the Ninth Circuit case Hoye v. Oakland. This course is approved for 2.25 hours of MCLE credit for California Attorneys, and is being offered at no cost in the hopes of equipping more attorneys to handle these essential cases. For attorneys licensed in states other than California, check with your State Bar to see if reciprocity is offered for California-approved MCLE courses.
