Longtime sidewalk counselor and Life Legal client Ross Foti was brutally attacked outside a California Planned Parenthood last October.
Three months later, the district attorney still has not filed charges against his attacker.
Life Legal has been in frequent contact with the police department and the district attorney’s office. NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP.
The woman who viciously shoved Ross to the ground, causing him to fall on a fire hydrant, was a Planned Parenthood client. Ross, who is 88, suffered a punctured lung and other serious injuries and was hospitalized after the assault. He was released after four days in the hospital but is still in constant pain and requires ongoing treatment. His attacker was given a citation and allowed to leave the scene.
We don’t need to tell you what would have happened to Ross had he even touched a Planned Parenthood client or deathscort, much less put someone in the hospital.
Please call the San Mateo District Attorney’s office at 650-363-4677 and demand justice for Ross Foti. The district attorney case number is 0874728. The police report number is 22-1019005.
The police department recommended that his attacker be prosecuted for battery causing serious injury and for elder abuse. Why have no charges been filed?
Despite harassment from pro-aborts, Ross has faithfully prayed and counseled outside Planned Parenthood facilities four or five times a week for over 30 years. Under his watch, three different Planned Parenthood mills in the area have shut their doors.
Life Legal is committed to pursuing all legal options to obtain justice for Ross. Please be a voice for Ross today.
If you’d like to send Ross a note of encouragement you can reply to this email or mail it to:
