Creating a Legacy

Benefits of Planned Giving

- Control your assets during your lifetime
You can give a legacy gift to Life Legal through your will or living trust, however there are advantages to a revocable living trust.
The Revocable Living Trust
To make a general gift to Life Legal in your will or living trust, you can include the following language:
“I give, devise and bequeath to Life Legal Defense Foundation, Federal Tax ID # 68-0191488 the sum of $_____________.”
You may also donate stock, a percentage of your estate, or real property.
