Five stories of young victims will appear in Official Voter Pamphlet
Judge Michael Kenny of the Sacramento Superior Court ruled Friday on a lawsuit brought by opponents of Prop 4 against arguments in favor of Proposition 4 to be printed in the Official Voter Information Guide / Voter Pamphlet for the November 4 Presidential election.
The Voter Pamphlet with the arguments and rebuttals is to be sent to over 16 million California voters in more than 12 million households starting on September 24.
Judge Kenny denied every challenge brought by the No on 4 forces to remove the “Sarah’s Law” label and story and to remove other stories about the harm suffered by young girls.
The stories include
—A 14-year-old girl on whom Planned Parenthood performed a secret abortion and then, at the request of the adult male predator who brought her in, gave her a shot of Depo-Provera so he could continue having sex with her
—A 13-year-old girl brought to Planned Parenthood for an abortion by the 23-year-old man who had raped her. Planned Parenthood did not report the sexual abuse and after the abortion, the 23-year-old impregnated her again, and she underwent another abortion.
—A 12-year-old girl who was given alcohol by an adult male who then raped her when she passed out. The rapist’s mother took the girl to an abortion clinic and afterwards dumped her 30 miles from home.
—A 14-year-old girl who was lured from home by a 41-year-old predator with promises of drugs and a job and became the older man’s sex slave for a year. When she became pregnant, the predator arranged for a Planned Parenthood secret abortion, and the clinic did not report the victimization.
